This Digital-to-Analog Converter and all the converters in the market convert digital signal to analog and they all have built-in tuner to service tunning of channels to TV like VCR. So if you were to tune a channel for viewing on TV, you need to turn TV to channel 3 (reserved channel for external device such as VCR/DVD) and you would then use this converter box for tuning and watching of TV shows.
The TV built-in tuner only tune analog signals which is to be obsoleted.
You cannot shared this converter among other TVs since itself is essentially a tuner and service tuned TV show to channel 3 on TV.
If this converter's signal is shared among multiple TVs, via splitter, then all the TV will always displaying the same TV show from the converter box. This is the same for all convert boxes in the market and it is by design.
This box only serves one TV box.
